These photos here are some of the yummy food I ate during my trip.
'Rojak', it is a traditional fruit and vegetable salad dish commonly found in Malaysia. The term "Rojak" is Malay for mixture.
This is a plate of different kind deep fried dough. Some of them have filling inside like coconut, peanut or bean paste, some of just plane deep fried bread with some seasoning.
Satay, a dish of marinated, skewered and grilled meats, usually served with peanut sauce.
This is Wonton Noodle, one of the popular dish in Muar my hometown.
They called this 'Yam Ring', but the ring part actually is made out of mash Taro root and the filling almost like General Tso's chicken but not as sweet. The white thing at the side are deep fried bean noodles.
This dish is deep fried green leaf with small Anchovies and stir fried the other part of the vegetable. That was the first time I ate deep fried vegetable, tasted pretty good.
This was shrimp noodle from Singapore. I was not too crazy over it but I want to show the drink at the back ground, it was Sugarcane juice. It is one of my favorite drinks.
Roti Canai, is a type of flat bread cook over flat grill, and usually serve with curry sauce.
